ABC Handyman For those hot Texas summer heat-filled days, air conditioning in your home can be a major relief and can get you through the season while providing cool air and comfort to you and your family. We provide services to accomodate whatever your cooling needs may be. If your sytem needs updating, we will install a new one. If you need repairs for your still functioning system, we will maintain it. Some of our services include the following:

Clean condenser coil and check for damage
Clean debris from inside of condenser
Check refrigerant pressures
Test unit for proper voltage
Check and lubricate blower and condenser fan motors (if required)
Clean out condensate drain lines
Clean out emergency drain pan (if equipped)
Inspect accessible duct plenums and duct lines for air leakage or damage
Inspect air filters
