Step 1 is Initial Inspection and Evaluation

ABC will conduct a thorough inspection of the premises by one of our trained inspectors. This will allow us to:

Step 2 is Initial Treatment

Our initial treatment is designed to eliminate pests invading your home. “Our goal is to bring the current pest population down to an acceptable level using our proven seven treatment techniques”.

Step 3 is Maintaining Control

Treat/inspect the yard for fire ants.
Treat the insect harborage areas on the exterior.
Dust wall voids (weep holes, electric lines, AC lines and other visible potential insect entry points to the structure)
Treat attic.
Inspect/treat interior of the structure.

Flying Insect Control

The Mantis 1x2

Since its formation PestWest Electronics has become established as a leader in the field in the field of flying insect control, and has gained an impressive reputation throughout the world; not only for manufacturing the most reliable and effective fly killer and fly trap units on the market, but also for its depth of knowledge and its training of PCO's and end-users. The renowned 'Mantis' range is a product of this experience and technical expertise, and one that offers an unmatched fly killing capability at an economical rate. Silent, clean and attractive in appearance, the Mantis utilises powerful ultra-violet light to attract flying insects, including small ones often missed by other fly-killers. Once attracted, the insects are trapped by strategically-positioned boards coated with a special adhesive. These hold the insects securely, making Mantis units ideal for use in food preparation and other areas in which hygiene is paramount. Trapping the insect intact also allows the species to be identified, which can help to define the extent and source of the infestation and allow the insects to be controlled before they become a problem.

Mantis 1x2

The new Mantis 1 x 2 unit is the latest member of the Mantis family of fly control products. This ultra-slim, wall-mounted unit is compact, unobtrusive and attractive to the eye. The Mantis 1 x 2 will use two 1 5 watt UV bulbs and the same size sticky boards as the original Mantis, the 2 x 2 and the Uplight. Made from the highest quality components, with UV-resistant polyester white finish for easy cleaning, the Mantis 1 x 2 is another giant step in flytrap design by PestWest Electronics.

Mantis 2x2

A ceiling-suspended unit designed to protect large open areas such as commercial kitchens supermarkets and factories. This unit features two 1 5 watt bulbs set on opposite sides and backed by adhesive boards. This double-sided arrangement gives 1300ft2 of coverage. Compact, powerful and attractive, with easy-to-clean white UV resistant polyester paint finish, the Mantis 2x2 gives efficient and cost-effective control.

Mantis Uplight

This attractive wall-mounted unit is the perfect choice for areas in which fly control must be discreet, such as dining rooms, bars and other public places.

Disguised as a wall light, with the efficient UV bulb and full-size adhesive board concealed from view, the only visible feature being a soft blue glow on the wall. If necessary, the installer can decorate or paint the casing to blend with existing surroundings. The fascia drops down for easy cleaning and replacement of the bulb or adhesive board. For simplicity and convenience all Mantis units utilise the same bulbs and adhesive boards. For maximum efficiency bulbs should be changed at least every twelve months. To overcome the problem all adhesives boards have of drying out under UV light, the Mantis 1 x 2 and 2x2 are fitted with the revolutionary, patented Reflectobakt™ sleeves as standard.
